Description
Custom ribbon printing with three kinds of materials, polyester printed ribbon material, nylon printed ribbon material and grosgrain ribbon. In the printing ribbon before, first, choosing prints a material of the ribbon, to print ribbon single side or ribbon double side. Polyester ribbon and nylon ribbons are satin ribbon, both ribbon tapes are able to print the logo or art-work. Basic distinction can be distinguished from the surface of the ribbon, Polyester surface is not bright, nylon surface is relatively bright, single-sided ribbon on the other side will be more rough, rough surface cannot also print, and double-sided ribbon will be two smooth sides, both sides can be printing the logo or art-work. Grosgrain tape can be printed on both sides of the tape, the surface of the tape is rough surface can be printed with. our printing methods are, general screen printing, hot printing gold and silver, full side continuing printing and imitation Bubble printing, can be produced in accordance with the needs of printing.

(The rest of the sizes needs to be customized, and the basic amount is 10,000 yards.)

Material and Surface Characteristics


Both polyester satin ribbons and nylon satin ribbons have a satin finish, but their surface properties differ:


 


Polyester Satin Ribbon: Features a softer, less glossy surface, making it ideal for a subtle and elegant design.


Nylon Satin Ribbon: Has a shinier surface, creating a more eye-catching effect with enhanced visual impact.


For a more detailed understanding of the material, we recommend sending samples to a professional laboratory for testing to ensure the selected ribbon meets design and quality standards.


 


Printing Methods and Surface Selection


Single-Sided Printing: Suitable for designs requiring high-quality printing on one side of the ribbon. Note that the back side of single-sided ribbons is typically rougher. While printing on the rough side is possible, it does not achieve the same level of visual appeal and texture.


Double-Sided Printing: Ensures both sides of the ribbon are smooth and evenly finished, providing an excellent visual and tactile experience.


For grosgrain ribbons, both sides have a textured surface, but they can still be printed based on design requirements to create a unique look.
