Product Name : Curtain Heading Tape

Description
Curtain Heading Tape, also commonly referred to as Curtain Tape, is a textile accessory sewn to the upper edge of curtains to support pleating, gathering, hook attachment, and heading formation. Different tape constructions can be selected according to the required curtain style, hanging method, track system, and finished appearance. Pocket positions, drawcord arrangements, and heading structures can also be developed to suit different curtain-making requirements.

Common constructions are primarily developed from Polyester, while transparent versions may use polyester monofilament or other suitable yarn structures. Width, pocket configuration, drawcord arrangement, color, transparency, stiffness, and surface structure can be adjusted according to the project. Depending on the required handling and heading performance, heat setting and starching / stiffening treatments may also be applied. Flame-retardant or UV-stabilized specifications can be evaluated for projects requiring additional functional performance.

Fu Jyi Lin supports OEM and ODM development from physical samples, product photos, dimensional references, curtain fabrics, pocket or drawcord configurations, and target heading designs. For new structures, special widths, or functional treatments, sample development is recommended before mass production to confirm construction, appearance, processing requirements, and final production specifications.

 Specification

**Product Name**
"Curtain Heading Tape", also commonly referred to as "Curtain Tape". Designed for installation along the upper edge of curtains to support heading formation, gathering, pleating, and hook attachment.

**Product Type / Construction**
Curtain Heading Tape can be developed in different constructions according to the required curtain style, hook arrangement, drawcord configuration, and finished heading appearance. Options may include "gathering structures, multi-pocket constructions, transparent tapes, and other customized heading designs". Final construction should be confirmed from the required application or reference sample.

**Material**
"Polyester" is commonly used as the primary material. Transparent constructions may use "Polyester Monofilament or other suitable transparent polyester yarn structures". Polypropylene (PP), Nylon / Polyamide, Cotton, or blended constructions may also be evaluated according to product design and application requirements.

**Common Widths**
Common widths are approximately "50–100 mm", including "50, 70, 75, 76, 80, and 100 mm". Other narrower or wider specifications may be developed according to heading construction, pocket arrangement, drawcord configuration, curtain design, and production requirements.

**Pocket / Hook Configuration**
Different "Pocket Rows and Hook Positions" can be developed according to tape width, curtain-hook type, hanging method, and required height adjustment. Pocket quantity, spacing, and position should be confirmed according to the intended curtain system and finished heading design.

**Drawcord Configuration**
The number and arrangement of **Drawcords** can be adjusted according to tape width, construction, and required gathering or pleating effect. A single standard cord configuration is not applied to all products; the appropriate arrangement should be confirmed according to the target heading structure or approved sample.

**Repeat / Pleat Structure**
For curtain tapes designed with a defined pleat arrangement, "Pattern Repeat, Pleat Interval, Pleat Depth", or related dimensional requirements can be established according to the product design. Free-gathering constructions may rely primarily on the drawcord and pocket arrangement and may not require a fixed repeat.

**Colors / Transparency**
Common options include "White, Off-White / Beige, and Transparent / Translucent" constructions. Transparent tapes may be developed according to the curtain fabric, yarn structure, and required visual effect. Other colors can be evaluated according to material, structure, and order requirements.

**Heat Setting / Stiffening**
"Heat Setting and Starching / Stiffening" treatments can be applied according to product construction and required handling characteristics. These processes may be used to adjust tape body, stiffness, dimensional behavior, processing hand feel, and heading formation. Actual finishing conditions should be confirmed according to the material and construction.

**Flame Retardant Option**
"Flame Retardant (FR)"specifications can be evaluated for contract, hospitality, commercial, or other projects with defined fire-performance requirements. Depending on the project, FR performance may be developed through suitable raw materials, yarn selection, or finishing processes. If a specific standard or test method is required, the requirement should be confirmed before sampling and quotation, and final compliance should be based on the actual tested product and supporting documentation.

**UV Stabilized Option**
"UV Stabilized" specifications can be evaluated according to the application environment. UV stabilization may be introduced through suitable raw materials or yarns, or through an appropriate finishing process depending on the product construction. If specific UV exposure, color-change, strength-retention, or weathering requirements apply, the test method and acceptance criteria should be defined during development.

**Basic Converting**
Available processing may include **cut-to-length processing, heat cutting where suitable, ultrasonic cutting, joining, sewing, or other converting operations**. The appropriate process should be selected according to yarn material, tape construction, and subsequent curtain-manufacturing requirements.

**Applications**
Primarily used for"curtain heading formation, gathering, pleating, hook attachment, and curtain make-up". Suitable for residential curtains, commercial curtain production, curtain workrooms, and other interior window-treatment applications. Product selection should be based on curtain fabric, hanging method, heading design, and finished appearance.

**Common Roll Packing**
"50 m and 100 m per roll"are common packing formats. Other specified roll lengths or bulk packing formats may be evaluated according to tape width, construction, production requirements, and order quantity.

**Custom Packaging**
Custom options may include specified roll lengths, small-roll packing, labels, barcodes, inner bags, export cartons, or other packaging formats. Special roll lengths, joint limitations, or packing requirements may affect MOQ, cost, and lead time.

**MOQ**
MOQ depends on"material, width, curtain-tape construction, Pocket / Drawcord configuration, color, transparent construction, Heat Setting / Starching, Flame Retardant or UV Stabilized requirements, and packaging". New constructions or functional treatments may require specific raw materials, production setup, sampling, or testing. Final MOQ is confirmed after specifications are reviewed.

**OEM / ODM Services**
Fu Jyi Lin supports development from"physical samples, product photos, dimensional references, materials, Pocket configurations, Drawcord arrangements, curtain fabrics, functional requirements, or target heading designs". We can assist with specification development, sampling, processing selection, packaging, and preparation of final production requirements.

**Specification Notes**

The specifications listed on this page are provided as common product configurations and development references for Curtain Heading Tape. Final materials, dimensions, Pocket and Drawcord configurations, colors, transparency, finishing processes, roll lengths, functional treatments, and other technical requirements should be confirmed according to the actual sample, application, and project specifications.

As textile products are affected by raw-material and yarn lots, weaving density, tape width, Heat Setting, Starching, Flame Retardant treatment, UV stabilization, and other processing conditions, reasonable production variation may occur in dimensions, color, stiffness, surface appearance, roll length, or other characteristics. Where specific tolerances or performance requirements apply, the applicable test method, acceptance criteria, and approved sample should be established before mass production.

Flame Retardant and UV Stabilized options are project-specific functional requirements and do not mean that all Curtain Heading Tape constructions provide the same level of performance. Where a particular regulation, test standard, certification, or performance value is required, compliance should be confirmed using the actual product and relevant test documentation.
